Stephen Estell

Hello and greetings from the state of Kansas. I am enjoying my time in the Air Force, here at McConnell AFB. So far I have been all over Europe and back, to include the most recent conflict. If any of you are interested in flying, the job I have now is by far the best in the Air Force. Being a Boom operator on the KC-135 Stratotanker is a new way of life for me, as some of you may remember I was in the fuels career field before and I am now on the flying side of the house.

Speaking of flying and Kansas, I have just received orders to be stationed over in Japan for a 3 year tour. I am not sure which of you are still over in the Far East, but if I get a chance, I would like to drop in on you for a visit. I guess I should mention that this e-mail address will not be any good after the 1st of December. I will be departing the US on the 1st of January of 2000. 

I hope that this finds you all well. I am sorry that I was unable to join you all at the reunion but duty called and I went. I am trying to improve my letter writing but I have less and less time to sit down and write letters these days, such as, like today even though it is Saturday. Well, I have to run, so, until next time.
